Nortech was founded in 2012 by Mr. Bertrand Doyle, a regional pioneer with over forty years of leadership in loss control, risk research, consulting, and risk management across the Caribbean's largest insurers, multinational enterprises, and public-sector institutions.
Following the passing of its founder in 2013, Nortech continued to build on his legacy of tailored, client-specific risk solutions grounded in technical excellence and practical application. In 2026, reflecting its expanded regional footprint and broadened service offering, the firm rebranded as Nortech Risk and Compliance (Caribbean Limited), reinforcing its commitment to integrated risk, audit, compliance, and governance advisory services across the Caribbean.
Our multidisciplinary team (comprising insurance specialists, auditors, financial professionals, legal advisors, and risk practitioners) employs a combination of field-based assessment, policy and system review, and governance analysis to deliver holistic, defensible risk management solutions aligned to each client's operating environment.
